At Har-Paws, your dogs are treated like part of our family.
These terms outline how we work together to keep everyone safe, happy, and cared for.
By booking any service with Har-Paws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our full Terms & Conditions, which are provided and accepted as part of our booking and consent forms.

Bookings & Paperwork

All bookings must be confirmed via email or text message.

All required forms, consent documents, and information must be fully completed and approved before services begin.

We may refuse or delay services if paperwork is incomplete or information is missing.

Payments
-
Boarding & pet sitting require a 10% deposit to secure dates.

Remaining balances are invoiced on collection.

Daycare is invoiced the same day.

Dog walking can be invoiced weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

All invoices are payable within 7 days.

Services may be refused if payments are overdue.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.

In some cases, deposits may be transferred to a future booking at our discretion.

Emergency situations are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Health, Safety & Behaviour

Dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and free from contagious conditions.

Owners must disclose any medical, behavioural, or dietary needs.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop services if a dog poses a risk to others or themselves.

Emergencies

We are authorised to seek veterinary care if needed.

All veterinary costs remain the owner’s responsibility.

We will always try to contact you first unless urgent treatment is required.

Liability & Care

We take every reasonable step to ensure your dog’s safety and wellbeing.

Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog.

Har-Paws is not liable for incidents beyond our reasonable control.

Data Protection

Your data is handled in line with UK GDPR.

Information is used only for providing care and communication.
